The Société du Havre de Montréal (SHM) unveiled its Bonaventure Project earlier this year. Their objective is to scrap the existing highway and turn it into an urban boulevard. Many residents spoke out against this plan and its proposal to build a bus corridor on Dalhousie Street. The Office de consultation publique de Montréal (OCPM) recently released a critical report of the Bonaventure plan. Isabelle Hudon is the president of the board of directors at the SHM.
