The Toronto Underground Cinema opens May 14, 2010. Located at 186 Spadina Avenue (Queen & Spadina) the TUC seats 700, making it the second largest single screen cinema in Toronto. Alex Woodside, Charlie Lawton and Nigel Agnew are three T.O. cinephiles who decided to start a repertory cinema in the city known as Hollywood North.
