On Nov.9, a U.S. Appeals Court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania heard arguments into whether death row inmate Mumia Abu Jamal deserves another sentencing hearing. Johanna Fernandez from the Committee to Save Mumia Abu Jamal was at the Nov.9 hearings and she also made a documentary film about the original 1982 case called 'Justice on Trial'. Fernandez spoke with me on the phone from New York City.
