Montreal real estate developer and bar owner Peter Sergakis is expanding his sports bar in the west end of downtown. La Station des Sports, located on the corner of Du Fort and St. Catherine Streets in Shaughnessy Village, is shutting down other businesses on the block in order to turn the bar into a 900-seat sports complex. Sergakis gave local bookstore owner Terry Westcott very little notice that he must close down after over 18 years at his location.
