Jean Hardisty, PhD, founder of Political Research Associates, and author of Mobilizing Resentment, died in March of 2015. From the WINGS archive, we present her 2002 talk to the US Women's Studies Association, in which she explained how and why the right recruits women. She differentiates two types of anti-feminism -- Conservative and Libertarian, the latter often calling themselves feminists.
