. . . bc attorney general wally oppal's jumping around like a vulture with its head chopped off. oppal's activity in the past few days: a quick trip to ottawa, a meeting with the other western provinces, a move out of the vancouver riding that elected him . . . and now he's looking for help from -- the government of mexico??? apparently oppal will be conduting a meeting tomorrow in victoria to discuss british columbia's crime issues with the mexican government. the mexican government? nobody else willing to talk to you wally? nothing against mexico, but the country is notorious for corruption and government crime. ever heard of la mordida, mr. oppal? funny place to go looking for guidance. somebody tell mr. oppal it's over . . .
