Show Notes:
The struggle over civil rights never ends, but it seems to be gearing up lately. In a rare moment of quasi optimism we see some victory in, yes, Wisconsin plus of course great things happening in Quebec, Canada, and in the world. Any listener to this show knows though that we can't keep the optimism up for long and shouldn't be surprised that we see some bad omens when it comes to democratic rights, including Obama's attack on the 4th amendment.
