# 166 ~ Frank Reflections

I met Frank Plut about a month before his death, and learned more about this gentle giant of a big-hearted man at his memorial last week. (December 5, 1963 - December 4, 2009)

I recorded these reflective thoughts about life, death and purpose while chopping wood on Sunday December 13, 2009 on Vancouver Island, BC Canada.
