How do you keep your electronic calendars in sync? Maybe you have one on your phone, your PDA, on your computer or online. And, if you're like a lot of people, one or more of them is behind the times, conflicts or is just plain moribund, and who wants a moribund calendar. But, out of sync calendars? That is SO last month. Well, if you're on a Mac and use Google Calendar anyway. Google Calendar has been a great Web 2.0 tool. You can share your calendar with friends, subscribe to other calendars, link it to gmail messages and get to if from you can hit the web. But, until now, you couldn't make it play nicely with it's little pal on the Mac, iCal. That changed a few weeks ago thanks to Spanning Sync. Spanning Sync turns Google Calendar and iCal into cojoined twins, joined at the Filofax. Change one, the other changes in moments. And, since iCal can sync with your iPod, you cellphone and other Macs, you're good to go, synchonously, everywhere. I've been trying Spanning Sync since it was first in beta and it's now ready for prime time, version 1.0 was just announced last week. Spanning Sync. The siamese calendar sync solution for muddled Mac fans. http://spanningsync.com/ [7] My company website is http://w8nc.com [8]
