ToonDoo is an unfortunately named but fun Web 2.0 comic strip creator. When you visit http://toondoo.com [7] you can create your own strip using canned backgrounds, famous heads, cartoon bodies and your own brilliant comic writing. Of course, you can share your creations on toondoo, comment on other strips and embed your fave strips on your blog, tag them on del.ioi.us and all the regular Web 2.0 social goodness. Toondoo is only a couple of weeks old, and, at first, I must say the hokey, clipart for dummies raw material put me off. But, true to social media magical goodness, there are already over 2,000 strips and many of them are sad, punchy, funny, ironic and profound. My faves are the Lie Clock and the Spartan Job Interview. My emerging tech company is at http://w8nc.com [8] I'm Wayne MacPhail. You can contact me at wmacphail@gmail.com [9]
