On August 23, the Vancouver Public Space Network is going to do a count of all the video cameras in Vancouver's downtown eastside and central business district. They're concerned about the growth of video surveillance in the city, particularly with the 2010 Olympics coming to town in February. Josh Paterson explains how and why the count is being made.
