b.h.Yael is one of the artists who drafted the Toronto Declaration, protesting the Toronto International Film Festival's City to City Spotlight on Tel Aviv. b.h.Yael is a Toronto-based filmmaker, video and installation artist. She is also a professor of integrated media at the Ontario College of Art and Design.
