Free trade watchers are concerned about an agreement currently being negotiated between Canada and four Central American countries - Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The terms of the agreement may not be revealed until the deal is ratified, despite the Tories claims of transparency and accountability in government. We speak with Rusa Jeremic of Kairos.
