For the past fifteen years, women have marched on Valentine's Day to mark the violence suffered by women in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. This year is expected to be the biggest ever. Marlene Trick has been involved since 1997. She talks about why women march and what dangers they face in the Downtown Eastside.
