The TILMA agreement will tie the hands of school boards, health authorities and local governments in B.C. and Alberta.

The Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement will come into effect on April 1.

TILMA never went before the B.C. legislature, yet it will affect all British Columbians by restricting the right of local government to legislate for their benefit.
