The Trident nuclear submarine station at Faslane, Scotland has been the focus of opposition and organized protest since it was built.
In March of this year, the British government decided to join a U.S. program to extend the life of the Trident missiles for another 30 years.
This has met with a wave of opposition that now includes the Scottish Parliament. We speak with Alan MacKinnon, chair of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament Scotland.
