In November the U.S.-based Center for Constitutional Rights placed a complaint in the German Federal Court against Donald Rumsfeld and other high-ranking military figures. The case is being brought by the American Justice Group on behalf of eleven Iraqi citizens who were held prisoner at Abu Ghraib and one Guantanamo detainee. We speak about the case with Gail Davidson, a Vancouver lawyer with Lawyers Against the War.
