The Ruckus in Ottawa Part 2: We Need Kelp
I met Jon Bartlett at the famed Going Gaga Weekend in downtown Ottawa. We escaped the noise for a while, and headed down to a park bench by the Rideau Canal to chat about his 15-year-old label, Kelp Records. You'll hear a number of tracks from Kelp artists, and hear about how the label has developed over the years.
My apologies for some distortion in the interview. It was windy that day, and the microphone was overwhelmed!
