It's warm enough to get out the barbecue for a quick taste of the outdoor cooking season to come! These satays are quick to prepare and grill, the peanut sauce is equally good on the chicken, the rice, or even a gado-gado salad, and there's no better way to cook asparagus than over fire. Look for more of this sort of cooking and eating as the warm weather becomes a little more reliable. Man, I can't wait!
