Tickets are ON SALE NOW for the 1st annual Vancouver Short Film Festival, featuring BC’s best shorts on Friday and Saturday, October 23-24 at the Vancity Theatre (1181 Seymour Street) in Vancouver.
This year’s festival is the biggest yet:
Friday, October 23, 8PM – Student Shorts from 9 schools across BC
Saturday, October 24, 3PM – Panel: Making Short Films in Vancouver: Benefits, Drawbacks, and the Potential, featuring panelists Kris Elgstrand, Andrew Williamson and Ann Marie Fleming, and moderated by Kellie Ann Benz, writer/director of Awkward and blogger for The Shorts Report.
5PM – World’s Best Shorts, featuring award-winning shorts from Cannes, Tribeca, Palm Springs, Sundance, London, Yorkton, Ffresh, the Genies, and the Oscars.
7:30PM – Pro shorts, closed by the multi-award winning BC film, Centigrade
9PM – VSFF After party and awards ceremony

Purchase of a festival ticket allows you FREE ENTRY into the VSFF after party. Awards worth over $19,000 to be announced at the after party, judged by an industry panel.
