Three years ago Julianna Mimande launched her restaurant Bacon. Focused on sourcing local food, Julianne followed the production and distribution of local food. It lead her to team up with local designer Gabe Wong, and photographer Zach Ayotte to create the cookbook We Eat Together. The book focuses on the people who produce our food and the recipes they inspire.
