On Feb. 11, 2010, W2 -- a media arts community centre -- launched in Vancouver. The centre is home to numerous social and co-mmunity media projects. It is also rabble.ca's new west-coast home, adding to the Toronto CSI (Centre for Social Innovation) in Toronto.
