Wasn't the G8 supposed to be about maternal health? Humberto da Silva reports from Massey Centre for Women in Toronto where women who do nothing but look after maternal and infant health have been forced to strike. Although the feds just spent billion on G8/G20 security, and Ontario just handed corporations 3.6 billion in tax cuts, these workers have had their wages frozen for a decade! Maternal health? Yeah right.
