Not Rex: Song of Norway

| July 28, 2011

The Oslo terrorism was initially blamed on Al Qaeda. Then it was discovered to be the work of a homegrown, blonde, blue eyed, Christian zealot. So it really wasn't terrorism at all, but the work of a lone madman. But what is really going on is that unchecked Islamophobic rhetoric is morphing into actions. Ever see this happen before?

Interesting piece for sure but please remove that hideous criminal's picture from Rabble so he does not achieve even a modicum of recognition and glory.

Absolutely %100 correct. What Rex said left me unhappy, but this expresses what I felt perfectly. Thank You.

Then they found out it wasn't the work of a madman , but a right wing extremest...then they tried to say the right wing extremest was nuts , insane , madman too....then they said no he is sane ...

Conclusion: Hardcore Conservative that enjoys and can easily shoot children.....sounds like a NATO soldier in Afghanistan and libya ...No?

in your list of 'hate merchants', you neglect to mention the JDL-Canada. Breivik's links to the English Defence League are shared by JDL-Canada who allied to them last year and has mouthed much of the same Islamophobic hate hype as Breivik. And of course the same JDL-Canada claims responsibility for having Ottawa ban George Galloway from a speaking tour as a 'supporter of Ilsamic terrorism'. There seems to be great reticence to critiicize  JDL-Canada's role as one of our primary hate-mongers. Why?
