Meatout

Meatout started in 1985, as a day to observe a more compassionate diet. It's organized by FARM (Farmed Animals Rights Movement). Activists use the day to spread the message of the environmental, health and ethical benefits of eating a plant based diet, once a year, once a month, once a week or every day.

Now, the day has spread internationally and is celebrated on March 20th.

This fantastic action guide shows several different ways to organize vegan outreach for Meatout including:

-leafleting

-holding feed-ins

-presentations

-tabling

and more, complete with banners and resources!
