Book launch for "Journey to the Tar Sands" and screening of the associated documentary film. Panelists TBA.
The book and film follows the journey of nineteen young environmentalists who cycled over 1,200 kilometres throughout Alberta in 2007 to witness the impacts of the tar sands boom firsthand.
