Mordecai Briemberg – community activist, long-time host and producer of “Red Eye” (three-hour weekly program produced by media collective broadcasting on Co-op Radio for over 30 years)
Derrick O'Keefe – co-chair of the Canadian Peace Alliance, the country's largest network of anti-war groups, and a coordinating member of the Vancouver StopWar.ca Coalition. He is the co-writer of Afghan MP Malalai Joya's political memoir, A Woman Among Warlords: The Extraordinary Story of an Afghan Who Dared to Raise Her Voice, and the author of the forthcoming book Michael Ignatieff: The Lesser Evil? (Verso, 2010). Derrick is one of dozens of social activists blogging at rabble.ca, and also contributes to a number of other publications. He served as rabble's editor from 2007 to 2009.

Marika Swan - manager of Redwire Native Youth Media Society, print artist and Tla-o-qui-aht woman from the westcoast. Redwire is a Native youth led organization that strives to create uncensored spaces for community discussions and unhindered creative expression, including the publishing of Redwire Magazine for 11 years, they are now focusing on developing online strategies
