Meetings can be utterly inspiring, hellish, or somewhere in between. The quality of a meeting depends a lot on good facilitation. Facilitators aren't supposed to run the show, and they do more than keep track of who wants to speak. In this couse, you'll practice some steps, tools, techniques and approaches that can help you effectively facilitate meetings. Opportunity will be given for some participants to receive feedback on your facilitation technique.
1pm - 5pm, Sat. June 30.
