KPMG, a private auditing firm has recently issued a paper that has been endorsed by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. The paper argues for dramatic changes to the WSIB which will have negative implications for workers hurt or made sick while on the job. This is the same firm hired by Rob Ford to find drastic cuts to the city of Toronto. Private interestes should noit dictate public policy.
