Who: The Toronto Screenwriters Meet-Up Group (TSMG) is an active community-minded group which meets to discuss, develop and collaborate on screenwriting for all mediums.
TSMG provides guidance, contacts and support in all areas of the field. Offering members opportunities to receive critical feedback on works-in-progress, as well as to network and market their work, TSMG is open to screenwriters of all levels of experience, from the beginner to the pro.

Feature Presentation: The World Premiere of Member/Instructor David W Cooper’s ‘Professional Development’. In only his second production ever, David has already found success in the form of a top 6 finalist placing in the Drama TV Pilot category, at the 2011 Banff World Media Festival.

In addition, two excellent short films by TSMG members will also be shown. Tricia Lee’s ‘ Marv Freetell’s Wedding Day ’ and Jason Buckley’s ‘Steal a Car ’ will both add a great deal of humour and comedy to this screening event.
