The Library's seventh Writer in Residence, Wayde Compton, will read from some of his many award-winning works and talk about his writing process.

Wayde Compton is an author of two poetry collections, "49th Parallel Psalm" and "Performance Bond", as well as the essay collection "After Canaan". He is also editor of "Bluesprint: Black British Columbian Literature" and "Orature". Wayde is founder of Commodore Books and the Hogan's Alley Memorial Project.

Admission is free. Seating is limited.
