The left has focused a lot of attention on the plight of Palestinians within the occupied Territories. This is understandable, given the horrible conditions. Israel has created in the West Bank and Gaza. However, the Bedouin tribes living in Israel proper are suffering because of Israeli aggression as well. Why isn't there more focus on the plight of Arab nomads? Is it that human rights organizations feel that it's easier to get middle-class leftists to pay attention to the trials and tribulations of urban Arabs?
