1. You’re not afraid of commitment. Ever since 2001, readers like you have supported us, and enabled us the strength to grow. We’re closing in on our 20th anniversary and things are still going strong.
2. You stand up for what you believe in. Like us, you care about the social movements and causes we cover, and you’re not afraid to get involved in petitions, to share articles, and to attend events and rallies across Canada.
3. You have integrity. You help participate in our online community and are committed to critical thinking and fair and accurate reporting.
So on this day of Saint Valentine, before you do whatever it is that you have planned, would you stand with us once more? And be our valentine? We know you’re probably tired of our pleas for support, but everything you do truly does make a difference in bringing you the type of grassroots social justice journalism that makes us who we are.
