Idle No More calls on all people to join in a revolution which honors and fulfills Indigenous sovereignty which protects the land and water. Colonization continues through attacks to Indigenous rights and damage to the land and water. We must repair these violations, live the spirit and intent of the treaty relationship, work towards justice in action, and protect Mother Earth.

Arrive and RALLY at Ivey Park at the Forks of the Thames River. This is a significant place as this is where the Anishinabeg had Treaty discussions with the Crown in the late 1700’s.
Attawapiskat Chief Theresa Spence is on Day 6 of her hunger strike -- there has been no direct response yet from the PMO.

Canada expects (and hopes) this movement will melt away. Making it sustainable and meaningful requires reflecting on past and current trends in activism.
