And will those police officers now be arrested for what they did?

Of course they won't be arrested, and it will be the citizen's of Canada and Nova Scotia that pick up the bill, when she correctly sues their asses. Just as we will be picking up the bill for all the other taser incidents causing death, or harm, and that were used illegally.
