I read about this a few days ago. Apparently, this judge was under the impression that AIDS was communicable by being breatehd upon and that it would live and live for weeks if a drop of it got on the floor. What an ignorant guy. I mean, this is 2008. We've had the proper knowledge for many years now....

Someone should have told the judge that showering afterwards was a sure fire way of protecting himself [img]rolleyes.gif" border="0[/img]

The comments on the news article are refreshing to see (minus one god nut on there)... Looks like most people have some understanding about the nature of HIV.
