Whodunnit : The Case of the Missing Topic

I don't think it's my new brand of elixir...but I cannot seem to find the discussion of international economic meltdown...to which I contributed recently.

Is the demise of this topic real, or am I losing more than a thread???

I lose threads like this all the time ... Copy your rabble number (under your name when you post), goto the search screen, and the bottom field of the search screen is a spot for this babbler number. It'll bring up all the threads you've participated in.

Oh... Remember the 'forum' field defaults to the forum you are in. If you're not sure which forum the thread was in you can search all forums (takes a little more time)

Yep, bless ya.

But there are still no resounding responses to that entry. A common occurrence.

Am I being too existential, interjecting perhaps impolite bits into the dinner-table conversation?
Too new to old-guard line of reasoning?

Too too?

Go ahead, I have very thick skin.

Oh George, if I had a quarter for every thread where my last post killed the thread...

I'm sure it was nothing personal!

Just takes a little time to get used to rabble's operating process. Easier way to find old posts is click on the little icon top-left right above your own posts, your last fifty posts can then be found under 'view previous' next page. Only potential drawback is it has to be in a running thread rather than your profile, so could mean more searching if it's been awhile since your last post.

I want to know what George did recently to contribute to the international economic meltdown.
