Monday's episode of Corner Gas features known racist, Duane Chapman, a.k.a. "Dog The Bounty Hunter." It's a shame that CTV, it's affiliates and advertisers have decided to endorse Mr. Chapman's racism by having him on the show and profit from it. Any government funding or assistance to the production company that makes Corner Gas should be stopped immediately. Canadian tax dollars should not be filling the pockets of racists like Chapman, or those who support them. Personally, I'm choosing not to watch this celebration of hate. And I may never watch Corner Gas again.

Ya, I saw that advertisement last night. If I ever watched Corner Gas, I wouldn't be any longer.

I just saw the advert for the show with Dog on it. I agree, it is completely tasteless and I was shocked they would have this clown and his weird wife on this show.
The history that Dog fool has is long and torrid, and it includes having sex with his kid's friends. The man is a pig.

FWIW, the show was shot before the recent racist tirade debacle. Not everybody's totally acquainted with his life history, and hey, it's a comedy, he's a buffoon, happened to be passing through while they were in production, seemed like a good idea at the time...

I honestly didn't like the fact that this racist was on our air-waves. I really like Corner Gas and though this show may have been shot before the recent controversy, believe me Duane Chapman was a known racist before this all came out. CTV should have pulled the episode...Shame on you CTV!
