This guy is a former RCMP officer-turned police psychologist who just says let's it all out on the table and just nails the issue head-on. This is what he said about the taser death of Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver Airport:
“I told him I didn't need anything more than the 25 seconds of video that we've all seen over and over again to offer my analysis,” Mr. Webster said. “I really gave him a blast. It was just more of the same. The expectation is that if you work for the Mounties you align your values with the corporate culture and if you don't that's being disloyal and is unhealthy.”

Knowing there are people like him in positions of influence restores a little bit of hope in my country, maybe even dignity too.

Now apply that logic to our current state of affairs....When you don't like the conservatives(bad cop) Canadians vote for liberals (good cop). When liberals are in power and get caught screwing us (bad cop) canadins vote conservative (good cop)....this way the same bags of shit con us in everytime ..they are both the same..."liberal tory same old story".
When are Canadians going to wake up to this con job??? and smell the coffee already!
It is time to end this culture of entitlement, and repair the rcmp while were at it.

But this a problem is all sorts of organizations. Just look at [url=http://enMasse.ca]enMasse.ca[/url] for an example.
One of the few organizations that has moved above this is the airline industry, [url=http://www.iata.org/index.htm]IATA[/url]. A plane crashes it is investigated and improvements are made. Its not perfect but they do try to eliminate the knee jerk reaction to circle the wagons or launch a barrage of unbeneficial lawsuits.
