Marijuana Activists get elected.

Brian Taylor is a fine fellow with a long history of cannabis activism.

 In 1995, Taylor illegally planted hemp on his property, in the shape of the word HEMP. He did this as a protest, and he got charged. When he became Mayor the next year, his charges were dropped.
