On a break from a community council meeting, Councillors Frank Di Giorgio, Giorgio Mammoliti and Cesar Palacio took an "industry facility tour" at the invitation of the Adult Entertainment Association of Canada, a group representing many of the city's 21 strip clubs.

Well, given what they were thinking *with* I supposed that's obvious. 
It would be great if politicians, any politicians, cared about the working conditions of women working in those places. What a bunch of cowards and hypocrites.

They went there for "lunch". I wonder if they decided to go with the "seafood sex platter" or with some assortment of "finger me foods", both lsited on the menu. That's gonna be an interesting expense report to fill out...
It won't be the first time. Remember the computer scandal during Mel Lastman's reign? All the expenses, football games, bla bla supposedly wooing the bidding teams and other bullshit. It's the old boys club, nudge nudge and all that crap.
Oh, probably. To get defeated in Toronto politics pretty much requires being a pedophile, joining a Satanic cult or perhaps both. And they were inspecting the working conditions, I'm sure. The dressing room, the lap dance cubicles, it all had to be carefully looked at, I bet. 
Oh, Doug, I added "Toronto" to the thread title, just 'cause, you know, we aren't the only place in central Canada that has municipal politicians who go to strip clubs on their lunch hour. I'd hate to confuse people.
Or maybe we're the only place in which municipal politicians *get caught on camera* going to strip clubs on their lunch hour.
