Tom Chapin (Harry's brother), Join The Jubilee.  I especially like his "Chesapeake Bay", "Music Made by Hand", "Dueling Banjos", and his brother's "Cat's in the Cradle". I've been a fan of Tom Chapin since his days hosting "Make A Wish" children's program. He's an excellent guitar and banjo player and has a great singing voice - excellent for folk music. I wish the powers-that-be would re-run his television program.

Nope. Found it. It's Old English, or Anglo-Saxon.

Diana Krall and Elton John guest on Elvis Costello's show "Spectacle" tonight. I'm not acquainted with the music of either one of these two, so I'll watch and listen intently. Last week's show had James Taylor as guest, and he was great.

Thanks Catchfire.  You inspired me to pull out my Piaf discs.  What a talent!!

I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down'. Bob Newhart
