Oh I'm sure Harper is just salvilating at this opportunity.
So disappointing 
. There just doesn't seem to be anything positive happening lately, I'm truly starting to believe the cattle herd has been sufficiently doped and there isn't really much the Conservatives can't get away with anymore.
