Our seven year old son learned this following chorus in a grade 1 health class yesterday:
My body's nobody's body but mine,
You run your body and let me run mine.

Impressive Caissa. Teach them young and the kids of today may well be far more open and tolerant than we are.
I'd say this is about teaching children autonomy and boundaries.
There are children's books about "good touch" and "bad touch", and this cute song seems to be more about that (from a positive perspective) than it is about choice.
Although maybe I'm assuming too much. What do mean by "choice" Caissa?
Sorry, I should have written more in the OP, Maysie. I do believe that it is part of song designed to cover the issues you mention above.
The irony for me is that the NB government, who is being sued by Morgentaler, probably doesn't realize that this chorus would also make a good pro=choice chant.
What is so cool about this song is that it can work as an anti-bullying song too. If "my" body is to be respected, then so are the bodies of others. So if I push or shove my classmates this can then be talked about as not okay, and why. I love it!
Excellent ditty!
dis is greezy still lol u could make a whole verse around that lol
My body's nobody's body but mine,
