What happened was a law enforcement issue, was quietly dealt with, and there's no reason for you to be freaking about it now. This event does NOT vindicate Bush, Blair and Harper. There's nothing much to say. The plot was foiled and these pigs will hopefully spend the rest of their lives in jail. The system worked as it is supposed to.
I'm not sure what your point is North Report. I don't know anyone who is against the fact that these people have been arrested and their plot foiled.

The key may be in the title. When one dismisses in advance people as "bleeding hearts" (even tongue in cheek), the game is already lost. I tend to use the word "liberals" pejoratively: that impedes dialogue and success breaking through lockjams.

All right, all right, let me see if I can help North out here...
We're all forgetting Chapter 6 of Genesis:
[5] And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.[6] And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
[7] And the LORD said, [b]I will destroy man[/b] whom I have created from the face of the earth; [b]both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air[/b]; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
So, let's sum up:
1. God came to the conclusion that humanity (and indeed animal life) had sinned - they had gone evil.
2. God determined that the punishment for this evil must be genocide - the most complete genocide history has known.
3. God then used a quantity of liquid (more than 100 ml) to accomplish His murderous aims. As there was no intelligence agency conducting clandestine surveillance, He succeeded.
So, folks, before we go punishing these three fellows for merely [b]attempting[/b] a much smaller-scale purification, let us calmly recall in Whose glorious footsteps they were treading.
Blessed be His name. Let us prey.

Like everone else I have no idea what prompted this post, but perhaps North is refering to the orgy of left wing guilt that seems to accompany every accusation made against a 'terrorist' or 'enemy combatant', lets face it, they aren't all good people who we're in the wrong place at the wrong time. Neither does any alleged wrongs against thier race or nations excuse killing thousands of people who are no more in control of how the world works than they are. Not being 'white' doesn't preclude them from being evil.
"bring xxxx home and set him free" etc, sure, if they are innocent.
