Do you support Section 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act?

Here is this past week's announcement from the CHRC on a judicial review of the Warman/Lemire case.

I feel there has been some very ugly personal attacks vomited from the hard right against hate speech laws and those like Richard Warman and others who support it. I know that both the NDP and the Liberals support the status quo. Thoughts?
