http://www.focusonline.ca/ has many articles mostly with a left wing bias and it seems mostly Victoria based. This month it has excellent articles on salmon decline and on the savage heart of the BC libs. Last month it had some excellent work too. Rob wipond is one of the best writers in my opinion and he tackles some really big stuff.

I always forget to pick up an issue of Focus, though. I wish I could remember where they're offered.
