German Curlers don't like Canadian Crowds
"I don't think it's really fair the way they behaved today," said the veteran German skip, never one to mince words. "They never clapped when we made a good rock. They were noisy when we had to play important shots. On their last rock? You could hear everything it was quiet like no one was there. I think it's not really fair."
It would be nice if Canadian crowds had a bit more class. I was at a curling match the other day and I certainly clapped everytime the German men made a great shot. Although, every now and then the French team, who was playing China, would kind of look up, dazed and befuddled, wondering where they were. "Don't they know this is curling?" you could almost hear them thinking...

How many of the people that were cheering at the wrong times were Canadian and how many of those had have ever been to a curling draw before this week?

Well, probably about 85%+ of the crowd is Canadian, and I remember hearing that about 50% of the curling crowds were curling fans, and the other 50% were just people who wanted Olympic tickets and ended up with the greatest Olympic sport since rhythmic gymnastics.
