But lots for BELL CANADA! Ha. :D Most are negative. In fact, it looks like the one satisfied employee at Bell is rather chagrined at all the negative comments.
Read his or her remarks here. And then read the comments under it by other Bell employees, it's hilarious.

I don't know how to rate myself. Do I be honest, or do I try to make my employer feel good? If only I could send my employer on a vacation somewhere warm with lots of beaches.

Neither of my employers are listed. In fact, none of my past employers are listed either, except for one, and I'm shocked that it's listed, because it's an old bakery chain and I thought most of the franchisees had gone the way of the dodo. But apparently there's one out there, and the management sucks at it. What a surprise - the management sucked at the one I was at too! :D

Is there any guarantee offered by this site that the identities of those who "rate" their bosses negatively won't be passed on to thw people they work for? I sort of wonder if this is a trap. It could be a way to let corporations off the hook for downsizing by giving them a way to sack people for insubordination when those people thought they were posting confidentially. Given the number of folks who have something or other negative to say about their bosses, it could lead to a huge number of sackings. as p-sto suspects.

The best that they could get from you is your IP address. In order to pass any identifying information to your employer, ratemyemployer.ca would have to either (1) get your name from your ISP and send your name and comments to your employer, or (2) send your IP address to your employer who would then have to get your name from your ISP. I am pretty sure that ISP's don't give out names correlated to IP addresses, except to police investigating a crime.
But if you're really worried all you have to do is either (1) use an internet cafe to rate your employer or (2) use somebody's free wireless (lots of cafes have free wireless) and connect to the site through that wireless. In case (1), the most that ratemyemployer.ca could get would be the IP address of the internet cafe. And in case (2), the most that ratemyemployer.ca could get would be the IP address of whoever owns the wireless connection.
Another trick would be to hide your IP address using a proxy.

The wonderful thing about getting old is that you don't give a shit anymore about what others think.
I'm an IT guy and I have been doing this long enough to know that no matter what you do, you leave a trail of breadcrumbs behind you. So the best advice I can give is never say anything you might later regret.
I left a comment on this website a long time ago. You can read it here (Rater40).
Long before Rabble and Babble there was USENET (aka newsgroups). There were about 65,000 special interest groups back then, (circa 1990) and you had to subscribe to those of interest. It was an amazing resource for programming related stuff. Back then the common practice was to post with your real name and to include your email address.
At first, the USENET servers only recorded postings for 30 days or so. You could rant about something, like a conversation in the bar. It was never permanent and quickly forgotten.
Then a start-up called Deja vu began archiving USENET groups. Everything discussed on newsgroups was now archived. Google eventually bought Dejavu and now Google "groups" is the the new USENET.
I was constructively dismissed from Westjet, mainly for challenging the methodolgy Westjet had embraced for IT development, in a discussion on USENET.
Before I left (and that is what constructive dismissal is) I sent a letter to Clive Beddoe, then CEO and president. I had just completed a successful project, which was written up in the company newsletter in glowing terms, and I pleaded to him to review my performance review. I also suggested that I could lead in development of our own reservation system, but that it would take a couple of years and a couple of million dollars.
The letter was never answered. Westjet did set out to develop it's own reservation system; spent $30 million in development; and then wrote it off. They now use Sabre. What a bunch of losers! Clive Beddoe was one of the worst perfroming CEO's on the TSE during his reign. Thank goodness he is gone. There is hope now.
So I am of the opinion that Clive Beddoe is an asshole, but that is just my opinion. My boss's boss, Donald Bell, one of the founding members, was an even bigger asshole (but that is just my opinion). Should either of them decide sue me for libel, well bring it on dudes. I have a story to tell too. And I know all about breadcrumbs.
I am ready to write a book about this. Maybe I'll hire Frustrated Mess to be my ghost writer. It'll be a good story, and there is nothing I will regret saying.

Posted my view on my employer (Telus) a few days ago and found it was no longer there.
Then I noticed that there were no posts newer than 2009 about them.
Odd for such a large company.
