This post has been here for a while but there have been some recent developments. I need opinions and thoughts in favour of the victim pursuing a case of Sexual Battery against the perp. It will be a novel case to be tried in Ontario

Just wondering why no Professionals are around for an opinion. It is a novel case for "Ontario" and feedback or any similar case rulings could really help! This is a progressive forum.
